Hi,
I have installed dingz configured it using the dingz Android app. No issues there.
But when I try to add the device in the myStrom app it does not add at all. dingz shows up in the new devices list but I cannot seem to add it.
I get the message: "This dingz cannot be registered. Possible cause - dingz is not connected to the Internet."

Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Obviously, the dingz front is connected to the WiFi and I can access the web console.

Please take care of following points:

Use Short Names (Without Spaces and special chars)
Do not deactivate outputs (Sometimes MyStrom App does not recognise dingz)
Pleas close dingz app when MyStrom app is running

Sometimes dingz is half registered in MyStrom Cloud. In such cases it helps to send your dingz MAC address to MyStrom support and ask them to delete this MAC address from MyStrom Cloud.
Then try again to register your dingz to MyStrom.

What do you intend to do with MyStrom?
